A comparison between few of the very populater water prrifier models presnt in the market today

You can see list of our Kent Grand Plus Vs Aquaguard Geneus Vs Magna Water Purifier below, perform Side-by-Side comparison. If you need further help, do have a look at Conzumr Guides and Tips. Alternatively you can view all Water Purifier to choose your own favourites.

Reverse osmosis is the key principle behind RO water purifiers. Water from higher TDS (total dissolved solids) level – that is, very hard water – is transferred to the lower TDS level through a filtering membrane. RO technology uses high pressure to push water through an extremely fine filter or membrane. The holes in this membrane are as small as .0001 microns. They remove dissolved salts along with pollutants and other physical contaminants including virus, and harmful metals, minerals, bacteria and microorganisms. Most of the RO purifiers also comprise of TDS controllers (to adjust the TDS level). The filter is kept clean by flushing the separated contaminants so they drain away.

In the quest to live healthier lives, many people have turned to water filters. Some water filters fit into pitchers to provide clean drinking water. Some filters attach to faucets and filter water as it flows out of the tap, and still others filter water as it enters a house so that all of the water in the home is filtered.

Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Geneus

A water purifier to suit your taste, literally

Aquaguard Geneus is a Universal water purifier which senses the quality of water and chooses the optimum purification technology RO + UV/ UF + UV to purify water. Its unique Tasteguard technology senses and adjusts to different sources of water automatically using multi-stage purification processes to give you the same tasting, pure and safe water always.

The RO technology separates salts and heavy metals from your water, by letting it pass through a thin film composite membrane making it free from physical and chemical impurities. It effectively reduces the hardness in your water to enhance its taste by making it sweeter.

Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Magna

Presenting the new Aquaguard Magna with patented Mineral Absorption Technology

Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, The new Aquaguard Magna from the World Series range comes with patented MAT (Mineral Absorption Technology) which magnetizes water, then de-clusters the water molecules to unlock nutrients. It also comes with a special HD-RO membrane which not only purifies water but also keeps it healthy by retaining the right balance of minerals.

What you need to know before buying a water purifier

Water being the most vital element of our life, its purity should be accorded the highest priority by each of us. Water is our Life Line. Many diseases in the third world are either water-borne or due to contaminated water. Unlike the western countries where tap water is safe for drinking, the water that comes through taps in the developing world...
